Home-Basers is discussion list for men and women who have decided to venture out into the business world with their own home-based business. A Home-Baser can be an experienced businessperson to someone who has not yet decided what kind of business to start.
Issues open for discussion in this forum include: business creation, equipment, planning, e-commerce, financing, tax matters, minority- and women-owned business, contracts, hiring, as well as concerns specific to the home entrepreneur. The list also serves as a means for home-basers to network with one another and learn from each others' successes and failures.
List Rules
Subscribers are welcome to introduce themselves and their businesses or business interests to the others on the list. They are also invited to submit notices of conferences, grants, or other services or programs designed for the small or home-based business.
Please do not submit MLM notices or other advertising to the list.
Beyond that, the Core Rules of Netiquette should be all that is needed in the rules department.
